		<description>ICT Technology is not necessarily good for the economy if it is not shown to be also good for the environment. 

At this point in time, pending further concrete data and proper analysis, it is best to collaborate, identify and assess the inter-relationship between evolving ICT technologies, the economy and the environment.

There is a need for a Green ICT Performance Index which I called (ICTPI) to be the main theme in the K-economy of the 21st century.
