		<description>Your choices for a converter box are limited by the number of companies that  can obtain UL certification. Why can&#039;t this program be expanded to include new purchase of TV&#039;s. Note, the units are more energy efficient, this would help kill two birds with one stone, instead of adding the addition power required to operate the new converter box.</description>
