		<description>I totally agree, so long as the delay is as short as possible and takes immediate care of the problem.  Since the analog airwaves are going to be used for wireless broadband services and companies have promised $20 billion for this spectrum, a long delay would rob consumers of these important high-speed services.  Keep the delay short and encourage investment into broadband services.</description>
