Letter to the Senate Addresses the PACED Act

A coalition of has sent a letter to Senator Cotton regarding the “Preserving Access to Cost Effective Drugs” (PACED Act) that seeks to strengthen the patent system by eliminating the sovereign immunity loophole.  You can read the letter online.
