During this COVID-19 pandemic, it is important for states and municipalities to end their barriers to expanding hospital capacity by ending certificate of need regulations that restrict the expansion of hospital coverage and services to the critically ill. ACI joins a coalition of groups calling for Congress to end these needless regulations.
