In his new role, Kolas will spearhead ACI’s research and advocacy on critical issues at the intersection of technology and public policy, including artificial intelligence, data privacy, and economic modernization.

Logan brings a robust background in economic policy analysis, having previously contributed his expertise at The Buckeye Institute and the Cato Institute. His deep knowledge of emerging technology taxation, workforce flexibility, and technological federalism will enhance ACI’s capabilities in shaping policies that foster innovation while protecting consumer interests.

Kolas’s thought leadership in technology policy has been featured in numerous regional and national publications, such as The Hill, RealClear Policy, The Columbus Dispatch, The Cincinnati Enquirer, and Cleveland.com. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in economics and political science from George Washington University, along with a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
