Arlington, VA—The American Consumer Institute, along with the undersigned organizations, supports the Health Savings Account (HSA) reforms included in the House-passed One Big, Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). This act represents the most significant expansion of HSAs since they were created in 2003. The proposed changes would give Americans more flexibility in managing healthcare costs and encourage more cost-effective, consumer-driven healthcare choices.
