Coalition Letter Asks DOL to Retain Rules that Advance Self-Employment Opportunities

In response to the Department of Labor’s (DOL) announced plans to engage in rulemaking on employment status determination under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), ACI joined a large coalition asking that the DOL retain its January 7, 2021 rule and not impose unwarranted government barriers on independent contractors.
