ACI Files an Amicus Brief

Today, the American Consumer Institute filed an Amicus Brief with the Supreme Court in the State of California arguing that San Francisco’s rights-of-way regulations are over-reaching and will interfere with 5G broadband Investment, thereby harming consumer welfare. The brief is available here.
