“ACI applauds the announcements from the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Justice that they will approve the Verizon-SpectrumCo transaction. By approving the deal, the FCC and DoJ have handed a major victory to consumers by allowing significant bands of unused spectrum to be put to use in some of the nation’s most congested regions. Because of this approval, more consumers will be able to realize the full potential of wireless broadband to improve education, healthcare and commerce.”
