Federal Times: Hold the Appause, Time for Postal Reform

The U.S. Postal Service’s latest financial report is being called upbeat, but a closer look provides a far less optimistic assessment. While revenues grew this quarter, it lost $754 million โ€“ outpacing the loss incurred this period last year by $400 million.
